As Property Managers, we efficiently manage residential and commercial properties. We determine market rates of properties, arrange tenants, maintain relationships and properties.

Core tasks:

  • management of routine operations of the business
  • preparation and maintenance of budget
  • address tenants complaints and issues
  • collection of rents and termination of leases to carry forward eviction processes
