As Property Supervisors, we have specialization in property management. recruitment, training, development and supervision in Property Management with surplus property supervision methods to establish and coordinate communication systems involving transactions and related on-site activities appropriate and operational. We take care of operations with less volume and maintain capital inventory systems in accordance with company policies and evaluation criteria. With continuous audits, refined accounting and key maintenance areas upgraded, require enhancive collaboration of expertise to make standards be followed and well elaborated for periodic inspection.

  • development and revision of property laws in accordance with state laws
