About Protection Specialist

What does a Protection Specialist do?

In the role of Protection Specialist, we are responsible for providing safety and protection services at the assigned stores. We work collaboratively with the store associates and customers to track the safe and secure transaction of money and exchange of products. We greet the customers in a welcoming way to establish strong relationships with them. Functioning as Protection Specialists, we are accountable for understanding the safety rules and regulations of the companies to perform all the security and protection checks in accordance with them. We also coordinate with the loss prevention detectives to identify the implementation of safety and security values in the stores.

Core tasks:

  • resolving the complicated issues
  • following the safety guidelines of the company
  • assisting the store leaders in their tasks
  • maintaining a safe and secure environment for the customers and the workers
  • providing guidance to the newly hired workers
