About Public Affairs Director

What does a Public Affairs Director do?

As Public Affairs Directors, we are responsible for supervising the development of a wide range of special events, including media briefings, and meetings with private sector groups in order for the community to develop interests in the business’ activities. We also direct the creation and design of unique communication plans to ensure the ease of communication with the target audiences and deliver occasional coupons and discounts to encourage the customers to purchase from our business. We work with other departments to conduct in-depth research within the company’s spending to improve cost savings, and customer needs assessments and overall management effectiveness.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate with appropriate publishing agencies before contacting and releasing any information
  • manage the timing of information’s dissemination to the general public
