About Public Health Advisor

What does a Public Health Advisor do?

As Public Health Advisors, we operate as a link between non-federal and federal public health communities to ensure that the federal health programs reach the community and run smoothly. We ensure that federal healthcare goals and objectives are met so that in the end the community does not suffer because of federal problems. We have to look for ways to eradicate diseases, prevent further spread of diseases and discover how a disease has formed. We also educate the public about healthcare plans and also facilitate educational programs and presentations.

Core tasks:

  • link the federal to non-federal communities on health matters
  • educate the public on healthcare plans
  • ensure that federal healthcare goals and objectives are met
  • look for ways to eradicate diseases, prevent further spread of diseases and discover how a disease has formed
