About
Description
As Purchasing Managers, we handle our company’s procurement activities while developing new purchasing strategies and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. We coordinate with internal teams regarding their supply needs and oversee the purchasing group daily while preparing cost estimates and managing the budget. We ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications and manage the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Core tasks:
- coordinate with inventory control to determine and address inventory needs
- maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
- manage supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines
- manage daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
