As QA Leads, we are responsible for the quality in all aspects of the product. We assign and prioritize tasks to QA Analysts and testers. We author product specific test plans and develop test cases. Plus, we monitor execution of tests. It is also our duty to review the performance of our QA team and reflect on their achievement. We need to liaise with stakeholders, communicating the overall health of the product and the status of the project.
