About Quality Control Technician

What does a Quality Control Technician do?

As Quality Control Technicians, we are responsible for maintaining the quality assurance processes and testing the products. We make sure to not only record but also analyze the results gathered during product development. We ensure that the products meet the standard requirements of the company. Supporting quality testing processes, taking corrective measures, and reporting issues are some of our main responsibilities. We take corrective measures so that the final products meet the user's needs. We also guide the staff to maintain safe working conditions. Finally, we update all the documentation for analysis. As quality control technicians, we report to the supervisors of any unusual product observation.

Core tasks:

  • supporting daily, weekly, as well as monthly testing inspections
  • initiating corrective measures to have final products meet the required specification
  • guiding staff to maintain clean as well as safe working conditions
