Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this position provides quality support to assigned product, projects and/or area to ensure process and product are in accordance with customer (internal/external) requirements and specifications. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development and implementation of statistical process control. Ensure both customer and Electroswitch requirements and processes are met throughout the operation cycle. Review, develop and analyze process control systems to ensure product compliance. Support supply solutions and technical issues relating to quality at all levels of business (supplier, manufacturer and customer). Responsible for creating documentation and reviewing quality trends associated with the Cost of Quality
