Developing process improvement procedures, analyzing current process standards, and gathering data are some of our main responsibilities. We perform performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes. We also implement process change requirements according to the needs. Finally, we prepare the budgetary requirements. As quality improvement analysts, we inform teams on process improvement.
