What does a R D Engineer do?

In the role of R&D Engineer, we are responsible for conducting research on different concepts and processes. We work collaboratively with our team members to design new products. We determine new factors that can improve the quality of existing products. Functioning as R&D Engineers, we are responsible for following all the safety rules and regulations while conducting research to ensure that they comply with the quality standards of the company. We develop designs and procedures that can be a perfect fit with the marketing strategies of the products.
