I loved working at Radio Shack. I loved my customers. I was in management for 14 years. I trained my employees to have great customer service. I was a multi tasks person. Radio Shack was great with recognition and support. It was hard to run a store. But I had a system. It wasn't a bed of roses. But I made the best of it. All an all I really enjoyed my time at radio shack.

They unfortunately filed for chapter 11. Before that was great, Very difficult - but a good kind of difficult.

Low pay hard to make commissions! The mall was fun, however still hard to make commissions. The store around the corner was dead I can see why they went bankrup!

Loved this company. They went out of business. Enjoyed working and supporting this company. Work life was busy but productive.

For the most part it was a good experience. I met a lot of great people and was blessed with an awesome staff with little turnover.

Very productive work place flexible hours but I had a hard time with my store manger but we made great effort in team building

Sr. Management was disconnected from the customer base. They were not technical or hobby minded. They did not understand marketing. If you want people to visit your stores, maybe you should put the store - towns, addresses and phone #s on the back of the flyers.
