As Ramp Agents, we guide aircraft to and from gates and signal them to take-off all the while assisting with parking arriving by placing chocks and cones around the aircraft following the airline policies, and protocols. We are also responsible for aiding in the loading and unloading of arriving and departing aircraft cargo, baggage, and mail onto carts and dollies, and providing special handling of fragile baggage and equipment as needed. We ensure total compliance with every airport authority and carrier security requirement, as well as adhering to the US Standard Operating Procedures.
