Rasmussen College is a private for-profit, regionally accredited institute offering higher education options for working adults with associate's, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. The college operates through 24 campuses in Minnesota, Illinois, North Dakota, Florida, Wisconsin, Kansas, most of the programs being offered through the online medium. Additionally, a variety of certificates and diplomas are presented that include Bachelor of Science (BS), Associate of Applied Science (AAS), an Associate of Science (AS) degrees in career-focused areas. Its predecessor, the Rasmussen Practical School of Business was founded by Walter Rasmussen in 1900, and the school currently offers more than 70 programs organized in seven schools, that imparts Health Sciences, Design, Business, Justice Studies, Education, Nursing, and Technology, to an active enrollment of 15250 students. With more than 118 years of experience, the school offers openings to passionate and motivated individuals, further understanding their value and offering the assurance, and benefits of an established institution.
