If you file a report against management, they will push you out. If you claim racism, they will nit admit it even if there is evidence. They need a change in policy and regulations. The DEI program is smoke and mirrors and those in it do not realize they’re being used.

Pros and Cons
It’s a false concept of bells and whistles
Racism is alive and tolerated at this company.

Raytheon-Tucson is close to being the worst place to work for of all the major Aerospace & Defense companies. It is a 'digital sweatshop' where one has to put in a lot of free overtime and come up with ways of 'wow-ing' the management in order to get a decent raise of advance. The management has no commitment to employee development. They also tend to man-handle their employees by making threats. Pigeonholing is typical practice.

Pros and Cons
None. Don't waste your time.
Arrogant, malicious management. Lousy pay. Excessive demands on the employee.
