About Real Estate Agent

What does a Real Estate Agent do?

As real estate agents, we assist various clients in selling, buying, and renting properties. We work with real estate brokers and grow our client base by counseling customers on market conditions, generating leads, and developing market prices. Reviewing buying contracts to make sure terms are met and promoting properties through listings, and open houses are also our duties. Also, our responsibilities include preparing loyalty purchase agreements, contracts, rental agreements, and maintaining real estate knowledge. We facilitate negotiations between sellers and buyers and prepare legal documents for real estate transactions.
