What does a Real Estate Analyst do?

As Real Estate Analysts, we perform an in-depth analysis of market trends to forecast the industryโ€™s immediate future. We work in organizations that include lending, commercial sales, and investment analysis. Keeping in view the companyโ€™s goal, we determine the best use of money. We also carry out researches in order to broker the best real estate agreements. We prepare financial projections for our clients. These projections focus on all kinds of scenarios like a best-case scenario, a most likely scenario, and even the stressed case scenario. We draft approval recommendations on loan underwritings. Finally, we determine mitigating factors for all the possible risks involved in loan underwriting.

Core tasks:

  • building financial models and analytical content
  • drafting best deals by utilizing external resources
  • ensuring compliance with all credit guidance and policies
  • identifying and analyzing business opportunities in other sectors
