What does a Real Estate Investment Analyst do?

In the role of Real Estate Investment Analysts, our primary goal is to provide support and analysis to the potential residential area acquisition opportunities. We develop underwriting reports for the real estate in a portfolio. We are responsible for the preparation and validation of the monthly financial reports. We assist with loan closings. We act as a liaison between the servicing department. We are capable of providing office administration support and handling legal documents regarding real estate properties. We also assist with the ongoing analysis of the operations and performances.
