Compensation

• Salary of $35,000 to $45,000 based on experience
• Referral Bonus of $100 per signed client agreement

$35,000 - $45,000

• Provides front and back office support, pre-listing and listing management.
• Coordinates activities related to listings activation and listing maintenance
• Sign and lockbox placement 
• Photography
• Feature sheet supply
• Vacant property checks
• Bi-weekly seller calls
• Builds listings in Multiple Listing Service system
• Sets up listings in ShowingTime and listing reports in ListHub
• Assists listing agent with document management, client communication, and broker approval through Dotloop
• Communicates with sellers and validation of listing details
• Responsible for Open House coordination and set up
• Attends The Chabris Group team and operational team meetings, as well as meets one on one with the Director of Operations as scheduled
• Coordinates role play review and referral script with team weekly
• Follow up with clients and prospects with excellent customer service

• 1- years of customer service experience AND High-level administration experience in a fast paced office mandatory
• Brimming with POSITIVE in energy, both over the phone and in person
• Polished poised and professional demeanor both in person and over the phone
• Maintains ‘grace under pressure’
• Effectively operates in a fast paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines
• Effectively work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory level of quality
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
• Independently prioritize work, establish/improve procedures and systems, and ensure orderly and timely work flow
• Operate in a self-directed manner under minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize constantly changing work loads
• Strong desire for growth (personal and professional)
• Real estate experience is preferred
• Be a team player and play to win
