As Real Estate Sales Agents, we work with clients to help them buy, sell real estate properties, guide clients through the process of finalizing purchases/sales, be on the lookout for potential new clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, take advantage of any new leads, turn them into appointments, and convince prospective clients to work with them. The Real Estate Sales Agents know market trends and neighborhood data and regularly preview local homes to have a sense of what is on the market, advise clients on prices, mortgages, and market conditions as the process advances. We draft contract paperwork and guide negotiations, work with the client to understand their needs, generate lists of potential properties, take the client to visit the properties, help the client get the property ready for viewing, use advertisements and listing services, and regularly host open houses.
