You are overworked and under paid. They let us all go and sent our jobs to India. They do not care about America or keeping jobs here. Fellow employees above you are quick to stab people in the back due to everyone fights to keep their jobs. Most people don't have a clue what they are talking about. Amazing that they hired people for the insurance end of it and these people have NO insurance experience. You try to explain that they are wrong and no manager cares or listens. They just try to keep it easy and get companies to pass, they do not care they open companies up for lawsuits.
