Realty Executives was established in 1965 in Scottsdale, Arizona, as the first-ever cent percent commission-based real estate company. In five years, the company has grown profoundly to 100 agents and an office in Phoenix. From there, it expanded to the U.S., opening brokerages in Florida, Texas, the West Coast, and the Midwest. In 1988, Realty Executives opened its first brokerage in Canada and grew internationally currently with 60+ offices nationwide. In 1994, the company added 100+ new franchises and over doubled the previous record of 43 new franchises sold in 1993. In 2014, Realty Executives partnered with a private investment firm — True North. Through this partnership, the company introduced websites, new innovative tools, marketing, and customer support. Realty Executives is named for its people, and its longevity is a reflection of its amazing brokers and agents. The company cultivates supportive and flexible workspaces for 8,000+ real estate experts in North America working across 500+ offices.
