Our client has retained us to find an outstanding customer service oriented Receptionist for the Greenwich, CT location. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA. This position offers a competitive base salary, 4 weeks PTO, 100% paid medical benefits, Bonus, and OT compensation.

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and take accurate and detailed messages
  • Manage the conference room calendar
  • Assist with organizing firm-wide special events
  • Maintain, stock, and organize meeting spaces
  • Manage catering orders, print meeting materials, and partner with IT to facilitate meeting setup
  • Maintain kitchen areas and replenish stock as needed
  • Update procedural manuals and employee lists
  • Greet and assist guests promptly and in a warm yet professional manner; prepare daily guest list for security
  • Greet vendors and assist or direct them


  • Bachelor's Degree with a 3.0+ GPA a MUST
  • Strong Outlook skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong organizational skills
  • Some experience in an office environment
  • Cooperative team player who maintains a positive attitude
  • Personable, confident and professional in presenting oneself
  • Adaptable to the changing nature of the job
  • Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong judgment and intellectual curiosity
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and proactive approach; ability to recognize and anticipate needs while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.

  • Computers and ElectronicsKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • English LanguageKnowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
