As Receptionists, we are responsible for greeting and informing the clients. We also manage and organize calendars. We schedule and confirm meetings of the senior management with the clients. Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to concerned members of staff is also a part of our daily duty. We welcome business partners and provide them with the necessary guidance. We also assist the internal staff of the organization in their administrative tasks. Working as Receptionists, we are also responsible for organizing files and data following organizational protocols. Some of us also enter work orders for the maintenance team. Finally, we monitor visitor access and issue a budget when required.
