As Reconciliation Analysts, we are responsible for resolving transaction discrepancies between institutions and conduct audits on reports to identify gaps and inconsistencies, escalating them to the reconciliation supervisor for resolution. We also review account statements, update information on the database following strict guidelines, and coordinate with other departments for the necessary filing of various documents. We manage the daily installation of PL/SQL packages and configure different scripts to respond to all correspondence via phone or email on time. We also organize interactions to solve problems and issues between the partner's interface system and P.F.P.C.
