Working as Records Clerks, we are responsible for maintaining records and files according to company policies. We are able to perform computer and paper filing systems. Our goal is to attend the route incoming and interoffice calls as well as receiving and delivering messages. We have to make sure that no records are misplaced or lost. In the role of Records Clerk, our primary goal is to help in the management and routine assessment of inventory and supplies. Some of us have to charge fees to process information. We have to prepare new files and update them in both computer and paper systems.
