It is our responsibility to administer the contracts and permits. We establish the usage schedules of different recreation programs. We ensure proper accounting of the revenues and payables. Our duties also include on-time processing of the payments. We ensure that recreation programs are opened and closed at the set times. Some of us also identify the need for repairs and maintenance. We prepare the budgets and supervise the spending. Lastly, we hire the staff and coach them.
