As Recruiter Account Managers, we are responsible for creating a database of job seekers and employers, matching the resumes of individuals to corresponding jobs according to their specific sets of skills. In addition, we contact the applicants, assess job seekers’ needs and requirements, assist them in getting placed with an employer of choice, and negotiate on behalf of both sides as to convert the recruitment opportunity. In addition, we are responsible for guiding the job seeker up to the point of receiving a job offer, and following up with the employer until the candidate joins the organization.
