Job Description

  • Full cycle IT recruiting process includes but not limited to screening, interviewing, matching of candidate and client needs, resume counseling, managing offers
  • Manage relationships with existing clients/new clients by identifying needs
  • Understand the rate requirements and experience level in recruitment
  • Develop/create strategies and plans for recruiting
  • Advertise, source candidates extensively, searching the exact match for the requirement on portal and internal database (maintain candidate pipeline)
  • Communicate with recruiters about the requirement, negotiate rates
  • Interview candidates to evaluate their professional background, skills, credentials, attitude, technical skills and suitability for client requirements
  • Get the paperwork (set up contracts) in place during the entire process
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and help them highlight relevant skills on the resume
  • Submit resumes to the client
  • Actively communicate with all parties during the process
  • Coordinate phone/in person interviews
  • Scheduling interviews for the candidates proper follow ups with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview
  • Maintain detailed records of the requirement and submittal on the excel
  • Build relationship with vendor and the client

  • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
