Recruiting Associate

Recruiting Associates play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for organizations. They collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilizing various sourcing methods, they screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications. They also manage job postings and coordinate the entire recruitment process to provide a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, Recruiting Associates may assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases.

Core tasks:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit based on job requirements
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Managing job postings and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Assisting with onboarding processes and ensuring new hires have a positive initial experience
