Role- Recruiting Coordinator

Duration- 06 Months contract with possible extension

Location-Austin, TX


Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of the new employee pre-hire onboarding process. This role will be strategic in partnering with the Recruiting Operations team in redesigning and implementing a new workflow for our pre-hire onboarding process as we work to create new efficiencies and systematize historically manual processes to provide best-in-class support for new employees and internal hiring managers.



·         Serve as the point person for candidates by facilitating in-person, phone, and videoconference interviews

·         Responsible for onboarding of all new hires; including but not limited to:

·         Communicating with candidates through onboarding process

·         Partnering with candidate and external vendors through visa sponsorship

·         Processing and adjudicating background checks

·         Managing new hire paperwork at point of offer acceptance including offer documents, Form I-9, Legal & Compliance forms, and EEO forms, and escalating disclosures for review when applicable

·         Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the new hire start date including, but not limited to: preparation of an onboarding plan, coordination of logistics for training assignments, collaboration with T&OD on new hire orientation training, assistance with arranging technology for remote employees, management of FINRA registration process in partnership with Legal and Compliance, etc.



·         Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

·         Excellent problem-solving capabilities and customer-service mindset

·         Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

·         Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently

·         Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment

·         Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters

·         Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results

·         Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network with various departmental personnel and outside parties

·         Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Team player

·         Proactive and results driven
