As Recruiting Coordinators, we are responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives, managing, the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring the organization’s staffing requirements are consistently met. Our daily responsibilities also include helping the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions, maintaining complete records of interviews and new hires, contacting new employees and preparing onboarding sessions, and preparing relevant paperwork while observing the corresponding legal provisions.
