As Recruitment Managers, we find and recruit candidates for open positions a company has, work with recruiting agencies for companies and organizations, source, attract, and hire job candidates for open positions. The Recruitment Managers communicate with prospects to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals, research into clients company, research into competitors and market place, document specifications, and identify prospective candidates using various channels. We lead interviews, follow-up recommendations, check credits, present shortlisted applicants, and current detailed candidate profile summaries.
