What does a Recruitment Coordinator do?

As Recruitment Coordinators, we are responsible for the human resources of the organization. With our vast knowledge of HR workings, we design innovative ways to gear human resources to achieve organizational goals. We handle the entire recruitment process and ensure that staffs that are selected meet the prescribed requirements. After consultation with managers across the board, we are abreast with the job requirements and ensure this serves as the basis for employment and the training of selected candidates.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that the entire recruiting process is smoothy run
  • source out for qualified candidates via social media and through their resumes
  • conduct tests (written or oral) to determine the capacity of interested candidates
  • maintain records of interviews and hired staff throughout
  • up-to-date with the current recruiting methods
