What does a Recruitment Manager do?

As Recruitment Managers, we are responsible for discovering and employing interested candidates for vacant positions in an organization. We can work for recruiting agencies or organizations directly in the sourcing, attraction, and employment of candidates for open positions in the organization. We work with the company executives to draft and determine the job description, requirements, and document specifications. In all, all that has to do with recruitment, test, and employment of workers are our concern.

Core tasks:

  • advise clients on the best recruitment procedure to follow
  • codify and present a detailed candidate profile summary
  • research into clients and competitors company and market place
  • use various channels to identify potential candidates.
