Red COATS was established by current Vice Chairman William F. Peel and President Barbara K. Peel , INC. Red Coats, Inc.'s corporate headquarters are in a mid-rise office building in Bethesda, Maryland, with regional branch offices in Baltimore, Florida, Southern Virginia, and Durham/Raleigh, all led by Executive Vice President W. Mack Wells. Red Coats, Inc. has evolved from its humble beginnings in 1960, when it had just twelve employees and a few limited accounts, to now provide skilled custodial services to over 87 million square feet of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional space on a regular basis.
