Very selfish Very rude. Will be aware that the kitchen needs help and will leave them for dead. Very unprofessional and selfish management.
Pros and Cons
Good pay, nothing else is good about the place.
Unprofessional. Selfish. Disrespectful. Unsanitary.

As someone seeking leadership roles in kitchen environments, do you think there's any way unprofessional management at Red Robin could be addressed, or is it a lost cause?

My experience working here was fun. If we could keep good management that actually knew what they are doing it would run smoothly.
Pros and Cons
Fun and very busy
When it’s busy things can get rough

Managers (nearly every day) sent employees home early after 2 hours, leaving those who stayed, working alone and often more than one position causing a very stressful work environment. 10 minute breaks were rarely offered and sometimes even denied when asked for. Be careful not to ask for help because you will most likely hear, “Go home, I don’t want to deal with you.” From management. Apply at your own risk.
Pros and Cons
Decent tips
Managers and Everything’s else

I just got hired here two and a half weeks ago. But i already love it. It’s physically demanding and tiring at times hut just make sure you are on your game for all that gets thrown your way.
Pros and Cons
Free food while training, great coworkers and fun environment. Room for growth.
Bus sometimes doesn’t run on time.
