we only made 10.00 a hr but we learn a lot while we were there. I would go back too. It was a lot of late hours and restricted seating but the job was not really hard.

Red Ventures is a challenging work environment for sure! Just showing up is not enough, each employee is expected to treat their business like an owner. That said the leadership at every level in every vertical are mentors and support their team providing them with feedback, support and tools to succeed! The company culture is the BEST I have ever experienced, have fun WHILE getting it done! The CEO is the most levelheaded good natured difference maker I have ever met! He REALLY cares about EACH and every employee!
Pros and Cons
Beer gardens, game rooms, 2 Gyms and a cafe that is subsidized! $4 lunches for pretty much anything
It can be clicks! Some mid leaders definitely have favorites
