What does a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing do?

In the function of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, we are accountable for leading our organization’s sales and marketing efforts within an assigned region. Our goal is to achieve and exceed forecasted sales targets. We develop and implement region-specific market strategy and sales plans. We provide strategic leadership to and manage a team of the regional sales and marketing teams, and assist with the high-level management of key accounts.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing regional market and developing sales and marketing strategy
  • setting sales and marketing goals and targets
  • leading and managing regional sales and marketing teams
  • supporting sales teams in developing pipelines
