Staff is slow to accept new employees, and management is not supportive of the staff. The pay is the lowest in the Bay area. You can make money, but that entails working double shifts. You have broken equipment and lack of enough supplies to take of patients properly. There is no room for growth in the nursing field unless you are in the click. I would not recommend this location to new grads as they are tossed in the wind.
