We oversee regional operational teams and the performance of staff members. We also act as operational best practice ambassadors. Moreover, we conduct reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring KPIs, collaborating with the commercial team, and reviewing operational processes also fall under our umbrella. Finally, working as RPMs, we onboard, train, and develop the operational team.
