What does a Regional Sales Director do?

As regional sales directors, we are responsible for developing and achieving sales forecasts in our assigned geographic region. We provide strategic guidance to a team of sales professionals to achieve or exceed our organization’s sales and market share goals. We identify new prospects in our region and work with our team to convert them into new clients. We also oversee contract negotiations and the closing of deals.
