About Regional Sales Specialist

What does a Regional Sales Specialist do?

As Regional Sales Specialists, we assist the Regional Sales Manager with creating new marketing strategies as well as new staff training campaigns planning to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. We are responsible for contacting outside vendors and negotiate prices with them to order new equipment and consumables for the hospital. We also work with the transportation department to ensure that each delivery complies with all relevant regulations and specifications such as Temperature, and CO2 saturation in the delivery trucks to avoid any loss.

Core tasks:

  • partake in processing and submitting new bids
  • manage customers' complaints and elevate them to the upper management when required
