Description
Fulfilling the role of Regional Vice President (RVP), we are in charge of overseeing regional sales processes. These include sales strategies to increase productivity and ensure profitability. We strive to integrate efficient sales plans to drive company growth. What we do is to identify prospective clients, ensure excellent customer experience, and foster strong customer relationships. Besides, we motivate the sales team, track and report on sales progress. Our job as RVP is rather fast-paced and involves a lot of multitasking.
Core tasks:
- analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of sales strategies, tactics, methods, expenses and results
- collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals
- developing sales plans, optimizing sales pipeline and sales channels
- contributing to strategic decision about product portfolio and business development
