I acted as a vital link between Business and Technology teams, gathering detailed project requirements from business users to ensure alignment with stakeholders' needs.

The compensation for the role hired for was very competitive. The benefits were not. The health insurance was expensive and didn’t cover anything worth the amount you pay. The employees were unprofessional and always wanting to know your business. When you made a mistake you were reprimanded and made to feel stupid for not knowing the procedures. The management spoke to you like you were a child and used unprofessional verbiage that made you feel like you were back in preschool. They did not give warnings. They simply reported your mistakes to upper management and then told to leave.

Pros and Cons
No pros of working here
Poor benefits, lack of communication, bad behaviors were ignored

Dont expect to take a job and think your career will be advanced. They choose who to pay fairly based on how much they like you abd only promote those who are in the "click" or will go completely outside the company to promote. The bonus structure is a joke and the purposely change it weekly and you jever make goal.

Pros and Cons
Great start banking job to breakcin the industry
Going nowhere with this company and wont get paid fairly

I spent a few years with this bank, and I can say hands down this is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is no room for advancement, the pay is low in comparison to the amount of work you are expected to complete daily (we have been short staffed for over 3 years and everyone newly hired quits), you have to work weekends with even less people, vacation time is difficult to get off—you have to get it approved by management and you can’t take any from March-September, when you’re sick or injured you have to have proof with a dr’s note, management spreads your personal business to other coworkers, and both management and the consultants at the bank shut the doors to their office and ignore customers. I was pulling over 45hrs+ a week and not getting a lunch for the last 3 months.

Pros and Cons
Free associate checking account
Toxicity, pay, healthcare covers zero!, 401K only matches after a year, management, everything

I am retired and wanted a part-time job to supplement my Social security. I still consider myself a valued member of the workforce. I worked 10 - 2, M - F with great pay. Unfortunately, Regions has closed the Scott City branch and have no available positions at their other two facilities.

Pros and Cons
Good pay, extensive training
Substandard equipment, non user-friendly computer programs, sales calls

This used to be a great place to work. Upper management/corporate has started caring less and less about their employees in branches and it is obvious they have no idea what goes on in a day to day banking when you’re customer facing all day. They have severely cut back the amount of staff in a branch which makes customers furious about wait times. Then these customers are sent Gallup surveys that unless they give you a perfect score, it’s a zero which then makes the branch’s overall score go down thus making it where you get docked up to 25% of your commission. Commission for someone in my position is nothing so it doesn’t really matter. I’m a top seller in our area and maybe get to take home $100 every quarter. Someone in the position above mine can, if leading in the area, can bring home a few thousand a quarter which means that if they get that 15% or 25% doc in pay (due to bad surveys which are due to understaffing and burn out) that could be hundreds of dollars taken from you.

Pros and Cons
Hour lunch. 8-5 shifts. Base pay higher than most banks. Most weekends off.
Understaffing, bad management, burn out, health benefits aren’t great, cold calling, people are MEAN
