As Registered Behavior Technicians, we assist behavior analysts to enact behavior reduction and acquiring skills on treatment plans. We assist the patient in many activities daily, collect their progress and record, monitor their behavior so that we can make a judgment on whether to continue administering the drugs or change it. We also assist patients who are in critical condition to speak on behalf of them by analyzing their progress and changes in medication. We also perform administrative duties and carry out a clinical assessment for the betterment of the health facility.
