As Registered Client Service Associates, we act as a front-line client service supervisor for staff answering queries not requiring the Director's involvement, providing service to customers by responding to clients' requests and inquiries related to various areas, and providing administrative assistance to respective financial advisors. The Registered Client Service Associates maintain and update files as required by Financial Advisors on products and clients, oversee routine workflow as designed by Director to identify prospective growth opportunities, convey identified prospects of growth back to the Director of Operations in a timely manner. We monitor current client portfolios by reviewing performance quarterly, evaluate prepared reports and manage due diligence, support training of less experienced personnel as directed and requested by management, attain product and investment details for Financial Advisor.

- create new business opportunities through client relations and option services
- respond to messages along with client requests
- head responsibility to answer incoming calls as the role of Client Services call group
- convey on a routine with clients in relation to monthly statements and provide complete customer service
