We act as liaisons between the patients, their doctors, and family members. It is within our duties to keep patient health care plans up-to-date and revised constantly. Patients and families are to be educated on the available health care options and plans by Registered Nurse Case Managers. We determine the patient’s eligibility for insurance in the case of specific treatments. We adjust treatment protocols as required and ensure they have sufficient finances to pay for the treatment.
