Registered Nurse, RN skilled nursing visits to clients in Monroe, NC service area
Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Continually assess and revise the nursing care plan, and participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.
Case management and coordination.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience as a Registered Nurse, RN.
- Interest in and willingness to learn and deliver Medicare Part B therapy, as well as home health therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
