About Regulatory Affairs Associate

What does a Regulatory Affairs Associate do?

As Regulatory Affairs Associates, we coordinate and ensure the successful completion of the regulatory activities. We provide regulatory operations support to the regulatory office. It is our duty to oversee document control management and quality assurance. We interact with other components of the program. We assist personnel with developing templates and letters for regulatory submissions. Verifying the integrity of sponsor files is a part of our job. We review the required documentation in the document control system. We assist with developing and managing databases to support regulatory filings. Developing and implementing SOPs and work instructions for processes is our job.

Core tasks:

  • complete quality review of internal documents
  • manage projects while ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • conduct meetings with internal teams, Sponsors, and FDA
  • maintain Regulatory records, including FDA correspondences files
  • provide input on policies and objectives involving matters of federal and state government regulations
  • work with the Business Unit to develop procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
